摘要 综合利用计算机视觉技术、光电子技术、CCD(Charge Coupled Device)高速成像技术和计算机图像处理技术研制了一种集图像采集、传输、存储、处理于一体的新型电弧图像高速采集系统,利用该系统可拍摄到低压电器开关电弧从燃弧到灭弧的一系列图像。为有效地抑制噪声、提高信噪比,本文首先应用自适应中值滤波算法去除随机噪声,然后采用拉普拉斯掩模锐化算法突出图像的边缘和细节,使处理后的电弧运动图像边缘清晰可辨,从而适于对电弧直径变化进行分析计算。通过对处理后的电弧从燃弧到灭弧的一系列图像的分析理解,归纳出低压交流接触器分断电弧的燃弧过程的特点,且发现所得的电弧运动图像特征与电弧的大量仿真结果相一致。 A new type of switching arc image acquisition system (including image acquisition, transmission, storage, processing etc.) was developed by a comprehensive utilization of the computer vision technology, the optoelectronic technology, the CCD (Charge Coupled Device) high speed image formation technology and the computer imagery processing technology. With this system can be obtained a series images of the low-voltage apparatus switching arc from burning to extinguish can be obtained.In order to suppress the noise and enhance the signal-to-noise ratio effectively, this paper applies the self-adaptive median filter to eliminate stochastic noise at first, and then uses Laplacian mask sharpening to highlight the images, thus makes the proceeded arc movement images clear enough to satisfy the request of arc diameter change analysis and computing. Through analysis of a series of proceeded switching arc images from burning to extinguish. The characteristics of the low-voltage contact device breaking arc's burning process are concluded and the features of obtained arc movement images are in accordance with a massive arc simulation results are discovered.
