西部发展中的社会效应与制度安排调整——以鄂伦春族为个案

摘要 文章以鄂伦春族为个案,通过族内不同地区比较,对民族区域自治制度环境在鄂伦春地区的社会效应的一些方面展开了分析,并就制度调整、建设问题进行尝试性探讨。文章的个案研究表明,断裂中的传统狩猎文化与作为社会环境重要变量的民族区域自治制度和各项民族优惠政策制度安排长期互动的结果,在鄂伦春社会产生了某些社会效应,显示出政府某种制度安排或政策,有积极的社会效益,也有消极的社会影响。
