摘要 从多碎少磨工艺、阶段磨矿工艺、单一磁选工艺、粗细分选工艺的应用方面介绍了鞍钢矿山高效节能减排工艺的应用情况;从大型化球磨机、新型节能耐磨材料、SLon强磁选机、MVS高频振网筛的应用方面介绍了鞍钢矿山高效节能减排设备的应用情况。论述了鞍钢矿山应用的RA-315、RA-515、MZ-21、RA-715、LKY阴离子反浮选捕收剂工业试验情况及LKD阴离子反浮选捕收剂小型试验情况。同时,介绍了鞍钢矿山节水、大气污染控制、矿山生态系统恢复、尾矿综合利用的情况。 The application of high efficient energy saving and discharge reducing technology is introduced from the more crushing less grinding technique,stage grinding technique,single magnetic separation,coarse and fine separation.The equipment application of high efficient energy saving and discharge reducing are described from the large-scale ball mill,new type wearable materials,Slon high intensity magnetic separator,MVS high frequency vibrating screen.And the industrial tests of RA-315,RA-515,MZ-21,RA-715,LKY anion reverse floatation collectors and small type tests of LKD anion reverse floatation are discussed.Besides,the situation of water saving,air pollution controlling,mine biology system resuming,comprehensive utilization of tailings are introduced.
