摘要
目的为了解大肠埃希菌(ECO)、肺炎克雷伯菌(KPN)traA基因和tnp513基因携带状况。方法应用PCR检测ECO、KPN traA基因和tnp513基因。结果29株ECO traA基因阳性24株(82.8%),tnp513基因阳性24株(82.8%);25株KPN traA基因均阴性,tnp513基因阳性23株(92.0%)。结论ECO、KPN耐药性高可能与traAt、np513高携带率有关。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the existence of traA and tnp513 genes in Escherichia coli (ECO) and Klebsiella pneumoniae (KPN) . METHODS The genes of traA and tnp513 were tested by polymerase chain reaction in ECO and KPN. RESULTS In 29 strains of ECO, the positive rate of traA and tnpS13 was 82.8% and 82.8%, respectively, while in 29 strains of KPN, the positive rate of genes of traA and tnp513 was 0 and 92. 0%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS The results show the evidence that the high resistance in the E. coli and K. pneumoniae is relevant to the high existence of the genes of traA and tnp513.
