摘要
放线菌HD006分离自黑龙江省安达地区土壤,该放线菌对杨树叶枯病菌的抑菌效果显著,抑菌圈直径可达16mm。采用多相分类方法对HD006进行鉴定的结果表明,HD006与Kitasatospora phosalacinea北里孢属的相似性可达到95.98%,是该菌种的黑龙江变种(K. phosalacinea var. Heilongjiang)。
An actomycete Heilongjiang province. Its strain HD006 was isolated from antagonistic activity against to soil samples collected from pathogen of poplar leaf blight Anda of and the morphological appearance, cultural characteristics, physiological properties and biochemical characteristics of HD006 were analyzed. Homology analysis showed that its 16S rDNA sequence has the identity of 95.98% with Kitasatosporia phosalacinea. Strain HD006 was identified as K. phosalacinea var. Heilongjiang.
