稻白叶枯病不同毒力株细菌的诱导抗病性与活性氧代谢的关系 被引量:14

摘要 为了探讨稻白叶枯细菌不同毒力株诱导抗病性的差异及其与寄主互作过程中的活性氧代谢的变化,选用抗病品种湘早籼3号(湘3)和感病品种浙辐802(浙8))为材料,在人工气候条件下培养至6叶期,分别用稻白叶枯细菌的弱毒株(75-1)和强毒株(76-25)在第5叶剪叶接种诱导后,12,24,48,72h测定诱导叶中SOD活性、MDA含量和O-·2产生速率的动态变化;并于诱导后第6d在第6叶挑战接种,15d后调查诱导效果.结果表明,2种菌株均使2个水稻品种产生了系统获得性抗性(SAR),75-1对湘3和浙8的诱导及76-25对湘3的诱导均类似于非亲和性相互作用,即诱导叶中SOD活性降低,O-·2产生速率及MDA含量升高.O-·2产生速率于诱导后12h增加到较高水平,MDA含量逐渐增高,SOD活性自12h开始下降,48h前后降至最低点.76-25对浙8的诱导与上述情况不同,诱导叶中SOD活性平均升高9.1%,O-·2产生速率平均降低5.8%,这种变化类似于亲和性相互作用.结果提示,不同毒力的菌株均可启动抗病防卫反应系统基因,但启动机制可能有差异. The rice materials,Xiangzhaoxian 3 (Xiang 3,resistance variety) and Zhefu 802(Zhe 8,susceptible variety),which are different in resistance to Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae (XOO),are cultured to the sixth leaf under artificial climate conditions. Then they are induced by different virulent strains of XOO,75 1,hypovirulent and 76 25,hypervirulent,at the fifth leaf by shearing a leaf for inoculation. The superoxide dismutase (SOD,E.C.1.15.1.1) activity,malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide anion O -· 2 production rate in the fifth leaf induced are tested at 12,24,48 and 72 hours respectively after the inoculation. Also,they are challenged by XOO.76 25 at the sixth leaf and at the sixth day after the induction. As the induction is investigated 15 days later,the results obtained show that two different virulent strains of XOO. have induced two varieties to produce systemic acquired resistance (SAR). The induction of XOO.75 1 to Xiang 3 and Zhe 8 and of XOO.76 25 to Xiang 3 are both like a incompatible reaction.That is to say,it makes SOD activity in the induced leaves decrease but O -· 2 production rate and MDA content increase. On average,O -· 2 production rate and MDA content increases 3.7 and 5.2 percent (Xiang 3,75 1) respectively. O -· 2 production rate increases to a high level 12 hours after induction.MDA content increases gradually and SOD activity begins to decrease from 12 hours on and drops to its lowest point at 48 hours after induction. Induction of XOO.76 25 to Zhe 8 is different from the above mentioned results. It makes SOD activity in the induced leaves increase,on average,9.1 percent,and O -· 2 production rate decrease,also on average,5.8 percent. This is like a compatible reaction. These results point out that different virulent strains of XOO. might all promote the expression of defensive systemic gene(ds),but the mechanism might be different.
