摘要
目前,我国正进入建设体育强国新的发展阶段,这对我国传统民俗体育文化的发展提出了新的课题。阐述了体育强国的概念、内容,探讨了建设体育强国对民俗体育文化发展的启示;分析了传统民俗体育文化发展基础环境破坏、生存方式变异、传承式微、文化影响力缺失等困境;提出了建设体育强国视角下我国民俗体育文化的发展策略:体育强国是目标,营造适合的基础环境;经济是基础,完善体育管理体制;"以人为本"是宗旨,注重城乡统筹发展;"全球化"是趋势,建构中华体育新文化;教育是根本,让民俗体育真正步入学校体育课堂。
Currently, our country is going into the new developmental stage of sports power construction; it is a new task for the development of our traditional folk- custom sports culture. It expounds the concepts and substances of sports power, investigates the revelation of the development of folk- custom sports culture under a world sports power construction; to analyze the predicament that the traditional folk- custom sports culture face, such as destroy of the basic environment, variation of the survival way, decline of the inheritance, deficiency of the cultural influence; to propose the development tactics of folk- custom sports culture under a world sports power construction： Sports power is the target, building a suitable basic environment; Economics is the base, perfecting the sports management system; ＂People oriented＂ is the purpose, emphasizing on the well- coordinated development of urban and rural regions; ＂Globalization＂ is the trend, constructing the new sports culture; Education is the root, making the folk- custom sports to step into the school physical education really.
