摘要 根据某混合动力公交车在运行时所反映出的各种故障,对整车可靠性进行了分析,并在分析基础上提出混合动力车的可靠性分配原则(技术水平、复杂程度、重要程度、工作环境),使该车满足系统为串联结构、各部分寿命服从指数分布、每个单元容许失效率为λt时其可靠度可用1-λt近似表示这些条件。 This paper analyzes the reliability of series hybrid electric transit bus based on various kinds of failures during service, and based on the analysis results, we have proposed a reliability apportionment principle of series hybrid electric transit bus (technical level, complexity level, significance level and working environment), to enable the vehicle system operate in series structure, life of all parts accords with exponential distribution, meanwhile 1-λ, approximation can be used as reliability to represent these conditions when permissible degree of unavailability of each unit is λ.
