摘要
建立了某汽车排气系统的有限元模型,并进行了有限元模型的静力学计算和模态分析。静力学计算结果表明,该车辆排气系统各橡胶吊耳处受力相对均匀,系统的最大位移和应力均满足设计要求。模态分析结果表明,怠速和经济转速下发动机的排气激励频率避开了该排气系统的固有频率,使得该系统具有较好的动态特性。
A FE model of an automotive exhaust system is established in the paper and static calculation and modal analysis of the FE model are carried out. The statics calculation results indicate that load applied at all the rubber shackles of the exhaust system is relatively even, the maximum displacement and the stress of the system satisfy the design requirements. The modal analysis results indicate that the engine's exhaust exciting frequency at idling speed and economic speed keeps off from the natural frequency of exhaust system, so the system has good dynamic performance.
