摘要
目的：了解0～1岁儿童家长对儿童保健的认知和对保健门诊护理服务的需求。方法：选取儿保门诊就诊的484例婴儿家长进行问卷调查，采用SPSS11．0软件统计分析结果。结果：①一般情况：高中或中专以下学历的母亲占54％，月收入〉2000元的家庭占75％，剖宫产率41％，母乳喂养率84％；②保健情况：96％以上儿童进行新生儿疾病筛查、预防接种和定期体格检查，60％以上家长坚持给婴儿做被主动体操和婴儿抚触，参加早教活动和科学育儿知识讲座的家长低于50％，大部分母亲对婴儿发育规律、母乳喂养和亲子依恋等知识了解欠缺；③对保健服务的需求：常见病的预防仍是首要，其次是儿童营养和喂养、智能促进，低文化层次母亲对儿童心理发育不够重视。结论：对婴儿家长积极开展健康教育讲座和讲授早教知识，传授给家长更多的科学育儿知识；加强低文化层次母亲对儿童心理知识的了解，以促进儿童心理健康发展；提高纯母乳喂养率，提高新生儿疾病筛查率，改善儿童保保健服务质量。
Objective： To obtain the needs of children health care＇s recognition and health care outpatient service＇s requirement towards 0 - 1 years old children＇s parents in Gongan.Methods： We did a questionnaire which was chosen from 484 baby＇s parents saw a doctor in children health care department. Besides, we adopted software SPSS 11.0 to do the statistic analysis.Results：（1）Ordinary situation： the mothers whose educational level is high school or below technical secondary school possess 54% ,the families whose monthly income is more than 2 000 possess 75% ,the caesarean birth rate is 41%, and the breast feeding rate is 84% .（2）Health care situation： More than 96% children have taken the newborn baby disease checks, vaccinate and regular physical checkups. More than 60% children＇s parents persist in making the active gymnastics and children stoking. Parents who take part in early education activities and scientific baby - raising lectures possess 50%. We found that a great deal of mothers know little ＇about baby growth rule, breast feting and parent - offspring attachment. （3）The health care needing： firstly, the prevention of common illness is rather important, secondly, children nourishing feeding and intelligence promotion is of great significance, last but not least, mothers whose educational level is not high have paid little attention to children＇s psychology growth. Conclusion： In order to impart much more science baby - raising knowledge to children＇s parents, we should take lectures of healthy and early education. For the purpose of children＇ s healthy psychological development, we should reinforce the lower educational level mothers＇ understanding of children＇s psychological knowledge. Lastly, we should improve pure mother＇s milk raising rate, raise the newborn baby disease checking rates, and try our best to improve children guaranteeing health care service quality.
