摘要
选用低碱硫铝酸盐水泥,并通过试验选择合适的外加剂,成功研制出高速铁路专用支座砂浆材料。该砂浆材料可实现无外力作用下的重力灌浆,浆体硬化后小时强度高,2 h抗压强度可达28 MPa,24 h抗折强度可达11.1 MPa,24 h抗压强度可达60 MPa,后期不倒缩,90 d抗压强度可达90 MPa以上,且具有良好的微膨胀填充性能。
In this paper a gravitational grouting mortar was prepared,using fast setting SAC cement and admixture.The experimental reasults showed that this mortar can carry out gravitational grouting without outside force,hardend quickly and have high strength,the compressive strength of 2 h and 24 h have arrived 28 MPa, 60 MPa respectively, The flexural strength of 24 h have arrlved 11.1 MPa, later strength development slowly, and have good micro-swelling and filling performance.
