摘要 利用计算机提高加工精度的技术是精密加工的一个重要趋势。它较仅仅依赖机床自身精度获得精密加工件更为经济有效。我们的研究遵循着吴贤铭教授10多年前提出的“不用精密设备的精密加工”的思想,所研究开发的这些技术已经成功地应用到10多种不同小、中、大型的机床,包括车削中心和加工中心,新产品和翻新产品,并提高机床精度3~10倍。 Abstract One of the important trends in precision machining is the development of computer enhanced accuracy technique.It is a cost effective way to obtain precision machined parts than only to rely on machine tool accuracy alone.The research work has been following the idea Precision Machining without Precision machinery',which was proposed by Prof.S.M.Wu more than one and half decades ago.The techniques developed uneder the authors and their team has been successfully applied to more than 10 different kinds of machines including:turning centers and machining centers;new product and retrofitted machines.The accuracy improvement is in the range of 3-10 times.
