摘要
主要通过实验室模拟工业罩式退火工艺,研究不同退火温度对Q235冷轧板的组织与性能的影响。通过光学显微镜观察不同退火温度下铁素体的晶粒长大情况,结果显示:晶粒尺寸随退火温度升高而增加,当退火温度在600~640℃时,横向尺寸长大较缓慢。通过透射电镜观察析出物的形貌并进行物相分析,知析出物为渗碳体。统计析出物在不同退火温度下的尺寸和分布情况。最后通过单向拉伸试验测定伸长率、屈服强度和抗拉强度。
The impact of annealing temperature on mechanical properties of high strength cold rolled plate Q235 was studied. The steel was researched by means of optical microscope. The results show that the grain size of ferritc grow up as annealing temperature increase, but the horizontal grain size grow up more slowly when annealing temperature between 600-640℃. It is found that there were lots of precipitate particles. The TEM diffraction analysis indicates that the particles are cementite particles. The size distribution of these particles was counted. At last, the mechanical properties of annealed plate were tested by tension test.
