摘要
原套损井喷砂器不适用于规模较大的压裂。分析了原套损井喷砂器在压裂过程中出现的问题、原因及实例。对套损井喷砂器进行了结构改进,通过对7口井的试验,能够满足通径>φ108mm套变井和加固井的压裂要求。
Since the sand-sprayer was successfully developed, it has played an important role in the fracture of casing damage wells. With incessant use of the sand-sprayer we found that original sand-sprayer for casing damage wells was limited in larger dimension fracture. An example is adduced that the sand-sprayer for casing damage wells had a screw loose in fracture, analyses the reason why sand-sprayer had a screw loose, the configuration improvement of sand-sprayer for casing damage wells was presented, and an introduction to the property change of sand-sprayer around the improvement of sand-sprayer for casing damage wells was made.
