摘要
根据滑动轴承润滑工况,提出了油气润滑输送管内环状流的转变机理,利用小扰动法,对环状流气液界面的稳定性进行分析,并依据液膜平均厚度沿周向的分布规律,分析了环状流的均匀性,为环状流在管道内正确输送提供理论依据,为油气润滑工况下滑动轴承的性能研究提供了前提条件。
According to the lubrication condition of sliding bearing,this article puts forward transformation mechanism of annular flow in oil-gas pipeline,the small disturbances method is applied to analysis of stability of the annular flow gas-liquid interface,and according to the circumferential distribution rule of the average thickness of liquid film,the uniformity of annular flow is analysed.It provides the theory basis for the accurate transportation of the annular flow in the pipeline,providing prerequisite for performance research of sliding bearing under oil-gas lubrication condition.
