摘要
介绍了一种新型林木生物质细粉碎机的基本结构和工作原理,并对主要部件的技术参数和动力参数进行了设计。振筛结构采取与主轴同方向布置振动电机的创新设计,产生轴向振动力,有利于物料过筛,提高筛分能力。在保证粉碎粒度的前提下,同时满足了高效产业化的生产需求。
This paper introduces a new type fine forest biomass crusher, the basic structure and working principle, as well as major components of technical parameters and dynamic parameters of design. Vibration sifter structure takes the same direction with the spindle to innovative design the vibrating motor, to produce axial vibration force. It is conducive to sift material and improve screening capacity. Under the premise of ensuring the particle size, at the same time meets the high demand for industrial production.
