摘要
介绍了FANUC数控系统宏程序的特点和应用范围。探讨了宏程序的控制语句和调用语句的用法。以圆盘转位凸轮加工为例,着重研究了圆盘转位凸轮的数学处理及数值计算,并确定编程数据。最后利用宏程序对转位凸轮进行编程。结果表明在编程过程中应用宏程序可以优化程序,增强程序通用性,缩短编程周期,提高产品质量和生产效率。
Characteristics and range of apphcation FANUC CNC system macro programs is introduced. The use of control statements and call statements on macro programs are discussed. As an example to a disc translocation cam manufacturing, disc translocation cam for mathematical treatment and numerical calculation are focused, and the programming data is determined. Finally, the macro-program to machine the disc translocation cam parts is used. The application shows that the method can optimize the program, buildups the currency , shortens the NC design period , enhances the product quality and prod action efficiency.
