摘要
通过人的全面发展评价指标的筛选和理性分析,构建了人的全面发展综合评价指标体系。用客观赋权的标准离差法和主观赋权的AHP法的组合确定指标最优权重,建立了基于科学发展观的人的全面发展综合评价模型,并对中国十五期间人的全面发展状况进行实证分析。
According to the connotation of insisting on human-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, this paper constructs the comprehensive human all-round development evaluation index system through the selection, screening and rational analysis of human all- round development indicators. It determines the optimal weights of indicators by combining standard deviation and AHP method optimally, grades the indicators by using fuzzy membership theory and establishes comprehensive evaluation model of human all-round development. The paper finally analyzes the development of Chinese human all-round development during the 10th five-year plan period.
