摘要 根据以往培养优秀运动员的成功经验,依据科学的训练理论,吸取国外先进的训练理念和技术,同时结合我国运动员的实际情况以及个人特点,设计符合跨栏项目规律又适合运动员特征的训练手段与方法,并在训练中注重强度训练,不断提高整体训练平台,实现在高强度下的大负荷并逐渐建筑专项高强度的稳定状态。 According to the previous successful experience of training elite athletes and the scientific training theories, the authors try to work out training methods that conform to the law of hurdle race and the characteristics of athletes based on the advanced training concept and technique abroad and the reality and individual characteristics of Chinese athletes. Attention should be paid to intensive training and the continuous improvement of the whole training platform so as to realize the intensive heavy load and build up a stable state of specific high intensity.
