摘要
宝钢炼钢厂2号转炉投运11年后,因炉体变形严重,于1997年初实施炉体更新、耳轴轴承更换。文章分析了炉体变形因素,讨论了新炉体的制作情况和炉体、耳轴更新工艺,并就炉体更新的技术关键及特点作了分析。总工期53天,比预定工期提前7天多,比国外同类型转炉相同工程缩短工期约3天。
The converter body and trunnion bearing were replaced at the beginning of 1997 due to the serious body defection after the operation of No.2 converter in steelmaking mill of Bao Steel for 11 years.The article analyses the factors of the converter body deformation,the new converter body manufacturing process,the replacement of converter body and trunnion bearing,and the technological bottleneck & characteristics of the replaced converter body as well.It took only 53 days to finish the project,7days ahead of the scheduled time,and about 3 days in advance of that of the same type converter engineering abroad.
