摘要 目的探索固体分散体技术在卫生用农药泡腾剂制备中的应用。方法利用固体高度分散技术将三氟氯氰菊酯原药制备成农药泡腾片,并以崩解时间、制备液的澄清度等考评指标优选配伍,参照GB13917.1-92测评其室内药效。结果溶剂熔融法制备固体分散体系效果较佳,优化配伍后崩解时限347秒,其制备液澄清透明,对德国小蠊的室内药效KT50为9.36 min,48 h死亡率为100%,完全达到A级水基喷射剂的药效水平。结论固体分散体技术可提高农药在水中的溶出度和分散度,用于农药泡腾剂的制备可明显改善制备液的感观性状,扩大制剂的使用范围。 Objective To study the solid dispersion technology applied in preparing the soluble pesticide effervescent. Methods Utilizing the solid dispersion technique, clocythrin was prepared to a soluble effervescent tablet. Optimized the compatibility by the indices of effervescent time as well as the clarity of solution post-dispersion, the laboratory efficacy was evalued according to GB 13917.1-92. Results The method of solvent-fusion showed more effective in preparing the effervescent. Based on the optimized fomula, the effervescent tablet disintegrated within 347 seconds, and the appearance of solution remained transparent. KT50 of the solution was 9. 36 minutes with 100% mortality at 48 h against BlatteUa germanica, which met the A standard propellant. Conclusion With the solid dispersion technique, the characters of pesticide effervescent is improved so obviously that it can used in hygienic pest control range.
