石棉、半金属摩擦材料制动摩擦学行为的研究 被引量:1

A STUDY OF BRAKE TRIBOLOGICAL BEHAVIOUR OF ASBESTUS, AND SEMI METAL FRICTION MATERIAL

摘要 在MM1000磨损试验机上,对石棉、半金属与钢和铁钴镍碳化钨复合涂层组成的摩擦副进行了制动摩擦磨损试验,重点研究了石棉和半金属摩擦材料的制动摩擦学特性。研究结果表明,半金属比石棉摩擦材料抗热衰退性能和摩擦系数的稳定性好,耐磨性好;制动摩擦系数受到制动压力、速度和转动惯量的影响;在强制动条件下石棉的摩擦系数降低,而半金属的摩擦系数升高。制动后,石棉摩擦材料表面形成富铜集铁和有机物的碳化层;半金属摩擦材料磨损的抗力主要由钢纤维承担,磨损的主要形式为磨粒磨损。 Brake friction and wear test of couples of asbestus, semi metal friction materials and steel, two coatings composited of Fe Ni Co WC was made on a MM-1000 tester. Tribological behaviour of the two kinds of friction material was investigated. The results show those thermal recession resistance, stability of friction coefficient and wear resistance of the semi matal are better than that of asbestus. Brake friction coefficient is affected by pressure, velocity and moment of inertia. Under heavy friction, the friction coefficient of the asbestus decreases, but the coefficient of semi metal increases. After braking, a carbonized organic matter layer with richer copper and iron forms on the worn surface of the asbestus. Resistance to wear of the semi metal bears mainly on the steel fibre in the material. Abrasive, oxidation and adhesive wear, accompanied by decomposition and carbonizing of organic matter occur on the worn surface of semi metal.
