摘要
目的:考察复方党参中多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法:超声波辅助法提取复方党参中的多糖,苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖的含量。通过正交设计方法,以多糖含量和浸膏得率为考察指标,优化多糖的提取工艺。结果:四因素中提取次数对实验结果影响最大,为多糖提取工艺的主要影响因素,提取温度为次要因素,其次为溶剂量和提取时间。结论:复方党参多糖最佳提取工艺为药材提取温度40℃、液料比6∶1、提取20min、提取3次。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the technology of extraction for compound Radix Codonopsis Polysaccharides. METH- ODS The experiment adopts ultrasound wave technology to extract the polysaccharides from compound Radix Codonopsis Pi- losulae. Phenol-sulphate colorimetry was used to determine the content of polysaccharides. According to the yield of polysaccha- rides and extracts,the orthogonal design was used to optimize the technology of extraction of polysaccharides. RESULTS Ex- traction times would be the main factor that affects the extraction of the polysaccharides, secondly, extraction temperature, solid- liquid rate and time. CONCLUSION The optimal extraction method was 40℃ ,6-fold water,20 min,3 times.
