摘要
智能电网建设是一项长期而复杂的系统工程,不仅涉及技术问题,还需要全社会的参与。文中分析了智能电网的概念成因、发展需求及本质动因,揭示智能电网的深层次内涵,特别指出在智能电网发展的初期,不能一味强调"智能"的外向表现而忽视物理载体和支撑技术的建设,必须遵循可靠性原则,夯实电网结构,以全局视野实现电网安全性与经济性的高效优化协调。剖析了智能电网建设的相关技术需求和关键突破点,从本质动因层面对中国坚强智能电网建设进行有益探索。
Smart grid construction is a long-term and complicated systems engineering that is not only related to technical issues, but also the participation of society as a whole. The concept causes, development needs and essential cause of the smart grid are analyzed, and its deep implication is revealed. In particular, in the early stages of smart grid development, it just won' t do to merely emphasize the outward performance of "smart" to the neglect of the physical carrier and the development of supporting technology. The reliability principles must be followed and the basic structure of power grid reinforced to globally achieve the efficient optimal coordination between security and economy. Finally, related technical requirements and key breakthrough points of smart grid construction are elaborated in order to provide a useful exploration of China' s strong and smart power grid construction at the essential cause level.
