摘要
综述了湖南省在应用和发展电厂锅炉混煤掺烧技术上进行的探索和成果。通过对传统混煤掺烧技术特点、应用经验及技术上局限性的分析总结,在理论研究及现场试验基础上进行了以"分磨制粉"为核心的技术探索,根据湖南省电厂锅炉实际燃煤性质特征、炉型及制粉系统形式等,提出了混煤掺烧方式选取的6条基本原则,全面推广了各自适宜的混煤掺烧技术。在电厂锅炉混煤掺烧,尤其是掺烧劣质无烟煤方面取得的理论成果、掺烧方法、工业应用经验等对各种炉型、多煤种混煤掺烧具有指导意义。
The exploration and achievement of applying and developing coal-blended combustion technology in utility boilers in Hunan power plant was summarized. By analyzing the technology characteristics, application experience and techno-limitation of traditional coal- blended combustion technology, a new technology of coal-blended combustion marked by "pulverizing in separate mills" was presented. Based on the features of actual coal quality, the boiler type and the coal pulverizing system type, six rules for coal -blended combustion method was given and proper application was introduced in Hunan power plant. The theoretical achievements, blended method and industrial application experience obtained from the application of coal-blended combustion technology, especially anthracite-blended combustion in Hunan power plant has directive significance for different boilers and multi-coal-blended combustion.
