摘要
对于干船坞来说,坞口部分通常处在水陆交接处,是整个船坞工程中最为关键的组成部分。坞门作为坞口工程中的重要部分,是保障干船坞正常工作的重要结构。本文对80 m干船坞的浮箱式坞门在2种极端工况下进行了有限元强度分析,结合相关规范给出边界条件的施加方法和载荷计算方法,最后对有限元计算结果进行了分析,为浮箱式坞门的设计提供了参考依据。
The dock engineering is a great important part of the all ship-dock engineering. The dock gate is an important part of the dock engineering which can ensure the ship-dock run on the rails. This paper takes a dock-gate of 80 meter ship-dock for example. Get the forces and boundary conditions according to CCS rules. Then a finite element model of the whole dock-gate is set up by using ANSYS software. Finally, the stress distributions and deformation results of the dock-gate under two ultimate loads are obtained. There is certain reference value to the design and structural analysis to the dock-gate.
