无刷励磁系统及励磁控制系统原理分析与应用 被引量:14

摘要 对华能岳阳电厂引进的发电机无刷励磁系统和ZVA型励磁控制系统的工作原理及应用情况进行了分析,指出设备在运行中存在的问题,并提出改进意见。该无刷励磁系统有较好的运行特性,维护工作量少,能较好地解决发电机转子绕组故障检测和转子参数测量问题;ZVA型励磁控制系统采用双通道三相全控桥式变换器,整流励磁,逆变灭磁,其励磁控制方法对励磁控制设备的设计和制造有参考作用。 The principle and application of the brushless excitation system and excitation control system (ZVA type)manufactured by GEC used in Hua'neng Yueyang Power Plant are analyzed. The existing problems in the operation are presented. and the improving measures are put forward. The brushless excitation system has good characteristics and needs a little maintenance. The excitation system equips with two dual channels three-phase thyristor bridge convertors. which provide excitation when operating in rectifier mode and make field suppression when operating in inverter mode. The excitation control methods of ZVA are useful for reference to the manufacturer of the excitation control system.
