摘要
研究以工业硼砂为原料,通过使用活性炭吸附、重结晶提纯两种方法,除去工业硼砂中铁杂质。通过对两种方法的最佳实验条件的探索研究,并通过可见分光光度法和原子吸收分光光度法对产品的杂质含量进行了分析,获得了满意的结果。研究结果表明,运用活性炭吸附法能够较好地除去工业硼砂中的铁杂质。适宜的实验条件为:以4 g工业硼砂为原料,加入5 g活性炭,加热50℃搅拌1 h。在该实验条件下,工业硼砂除铁率为93.18%。
Activated carbon adsorption method and recrystallization method were used to remove iron from industrial borax in this paper. The atomic absorption spectrophotometer and visible -infrared spectrometer were used to determine the optimum conditions. The results show that active carbon absorption method can remove iron from the industrial borax. And the optimum conditions of the removal of iron as following: the mass of industrial borax is 4 g, the mass of active carbon is 5 g, temperature is 50℃, and stirring time is 1 h. The rate of the removal of iron reaches 93.18%.
