摘要
以大白菜为试材,进行了有机肥与无机肥不同配比施用对大白菜产量、营养品质、安全品质以及重金属含量的影响研究。结果表明,在施氮量相同条件下,有机肥与无机肥配施可以提高大白菜的营养品质、安全品质和产量,综合评价以有机肥与无机肥质量分数为4∶6时的效应最佳。大白菜硝酸盐含量随无机肥配施比例增加而提高,相关性达到极显著水平;各处理大白菜亚硝酸盐含量差异不显著。不同施肥处理对大白菜中Cu、Zn和Cd含量的影响作用较小;施肥处理可使大白菜中Pb含量显著低于不施肥处理,有机肥和无机肥处理分别降低了24.3%和16.2%;施用有机肥比不施肥处理的As和Hg含量分别增加26.4%和21.1%;无机肥处理使大白菜Cr、As和Hg含量分别增加19.0%、16.2%和174.3%,特别是随无机肥配施量的增加有使Hg含量提高的趋势。
The effects of combining application of organic and inorganic fertilizers on the yield, the nutritional and security quality as well as the heavy metal content of chinese cabbage were studied. The results showed that under the same conditions, the application of organic-inorganic mixed fertilizers increased the chinese cabbage quality and yield. And the combined rate of organic and inorganic fertilizer mass fraction was 4 : 6 to get the optimum effect in the general. The nitrate content of chinese cabbage significantly increased with the ratio of inorganic fertilizer increasing. The relevance of chinese cabbage nitrate with different treatments was not significant. Different fertihzation treatments had little effect on Cu, Zn and Cd. Pb content in cucumber with fertilizer treatment was significantly lower than non-fertilizer treatments, organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer were reduced by 24. 3% and 16. 2% respectively. The As and Hg content by the application of organic fertilizer increased by 26. 4% and 21.1% than non-fertilizer treatments. Chinese cabbage Cr, As and Hg content increased 19.0% , 16. 2% and 174. 3%. With the increase of inorganic fertilizer, the Hg content showed an increasing trend.
