几种基因差异表达分析技术在原核生物差异基因筛选中的应用 被引量:5

Several Technologies for Differentially Expressed Gene Analysis on Screening Differential Genes in Prokaryotes

摘要 原核生物差异基因筛选方面,目前代表性差异分析方法(RDA)、消减抑制杂交法(SSH)、限制性酶切片段差异显示(RFDD-PCR)以及cDNA-AFLP等技术经改良后,可用于原核生物差异基因筛选的研究。论文对这几种方法的优缺点及应用进行了介绍。 Representational difference analysis (RDA), suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH), cDNA amplified fragment length polymorphism (cDNA-AFLP), restriction fragment differential display PCR (RFDD-PCR) can be applied on screcning differential genes in prokaryotes. The basic principles,advantages and disadvantages of methods above were discussed and compared with those of their counterparts.
