摘要
目的评估产后抑郁症患者实施药物联合音乐心理治疗后的疗效；方法对来我院住院的产后抑郁症患者162例随机分成两组，对照组80例采用单纯药物治疗．观察组82例采用药物联合音乐心理治疗，在治疗前和治疗6周末，采用HAMD、自知力及治疗态度问卷（ITAQ）对两组病人进行评定：结果两组在治疗第6周末的HAMD、ITAQ评分存在显著差异；结论对产后抑郁症病人。药物联合音乐心理治疗取得了较好的疗效．
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of drug therapy combined with music psychotherapy to cure postpartum depression; Methods 162 postpartum depression patients in our hospital are randomly divided into two groups , the 80 patients in the contrast group are given only drug therapy, while the other 82 patients in observed group are given drug therapy combinede with music psychotherapy. On the time before therapy beginning and the sixth weekend of patients in the hospital , all patients are adopt to evaluate by HAMD,ITAQ questionnaire .Results On the sixth weekend, The two groups＂ questinaire score evaluated by HAMD,ITAQ have significant deviation.Conclusion That the drug combined with music psychotherapy cure the postpartum depression has gotten the better curative effect.
