摘要
近年来,安徽经济虽然快速发展,但没有改变以资源大量消耗为主的粗放型经济增长模式,产业链短,层次较低,结构体系不完善,资源环境压力大。发展循环经济不仅可以有效促进产业结构合理化和生态化,而且能够实现产业结构高度化,是产业结构优化调整的有效途径。产业结构理论表明,经济社会的全面、可持续发展有赖于产业结构的合理以及经济增长模式的科学、高效。安徽要大力发展循环经济,调整和改善产业结构,转变发展方式,实现经济又好又快发展。
In recent years,Anhuiprovince has developed rapidly,but the extensive pattern of economic growth based on excessive consumption of resources has not changed.Furthermore,there are problems such as short industrial chain,low industrial level,imperfect industrial system,great pressure on resource utilization and environment protection as well.The development of circular economy,an effective way to optimize and adjust the industrial structure,can not only make the industrial structure rational and ecological,but also achieve the advancement of industrial structure.Industrial structure theories suggest that comprehensive and sustainable economic development depends on the rational industrial structure and scientific and efficient economic growth model.Anhui should develop the circular economy to adjust and improve the industrial structure,change the model of development,and realize both good and quick economic development.
