摘要
针对长期以来我国企、事业单位职工养老保险制度的双轨制问题,明确指出事业单位养老金改革的重重阻力何在及导致的原因,依据公平福利刚性的原则对事业单位养老金改革提出改革取向与政策建议。这对于明确当前事业单位养老保险改革路径有着重大意义。
For the long-term double track pension systems between enterprises and institutions in China,this essay is going to analyze the deep reasons of this dual pension systems,and trying to find the orientation of the reform based on the principles of justice and rigidity of welfare.This is very important to our current pension reform in our institutions.
