摘要
以5-氟尿嘧啶-1-基乙酸、二环己基碳二酰亚胺和L-缬氨酸为原料,1-羟基苯并三氮唑为辅助试剂,通过碳二亚胺法液相偶联法合成了一种新型的α-(5-氟尿嘧啶-1-基甲基甲酰基)氨基-2-甲基丁酸化合物。通过红外光谱、元素分析确证了该种"5-氟尿嘧啶短肽化合物"的结构。
One of novel α-- {[- ( 5-fluoro-2, 4-dioxo-3, 4-dihydropyrimidin-1- ( 2H )-yl ) acetyl] amino}-2-methyl butyric acid was synthesized by carbodiimide of peptide coupling reaction with 5- fluorouracil-1-yl acetic acid, N, N'-dicyelohexylcarbo-diimide (DCC), L-ratine acid as a raw material, 1-Hydroxybenzotrizole(BtOH) as auxiliary reagents,and characterized by IR spectra and elemental analyses of evidence "5-Fluorouraeil short peptide" structure.
