摘要
高技术产业科技能力是保障高技术产业持续创新的重要因素。通过运用因子分析方法,发现我国高技术产业科技能力由3个要素构成。其中,科技创新资源投入及研发能力是影响高技术产业科技能力的最主要因素,对高技术产业科技能力的贡献最大,达51.041%;其次是科技创新转化和波及能力,再次是创新经济支撑能力,它们对高技术产业科技能力的贡献率分别为23.929%、16.163%。通过1996—2007年我国高技术产业科技能力的综合得分发现,该能力呈现出持续提升的态势。
The science & technology capability of high-tech industry is the significant factors that insure sustainable S&T innovation. By the method of factor analysis, the article summarized three factors which make up of the S&T capability of high-tech industry. The S&T innovation resources input of high-tech industry is the most important factors, its contribution to the science & technology innovation capability of high-tech industry reaches 51.041 percent. The next is industrialization of innovation resources and diffusivity, its contribution to the science & technology innovation capability of high-tech industry reaches 23.929 percent. The contribution of supporting environment that is propitious to innovation reaches 16.163 percent. According to the score, it finds out that S&T innovation capability of high-tech industry from 1996 to 2007 has been upgrading continuously.
