摘要 调节性T细胞和树突状细胞作为机体免疫系统的重要组成部分,在维持免疫耐受中发挥了不可替代的作用。二者相互影响,共同维持免疫耐受。哮喘是机体对吸入抗原的持续应答,肺的免疫耐受被打破所致。调节性T细胞可抑制哮喘的发生和发展,恢复肺的免疫耐受。树突状细胞不仅是免疫反应的起始细胞,而且具有免疫调节作用,两种相互促进,同时又相互制约,研究调节性T细胞和树突状细胞、哮喘发生与发展的关系,对哮喘的防治有重要意义。 Regulatory T cells and dendritic cells are the important components of the immune system and have played essential role of maintaining the immune tolerance. Both of them influence each other to maintain the hemostasiso Asthma is caused by the persisting immune response to the inhaled antigens and the breaking of the immune tolerance of the lung. So as to the prophylaxis and treatment of asthma. It is significant to get acquaintance of the relation between the formation and development of asthma and the regulatory T cells and dendritic cells.
