中红侧沟茧蜂滞育茧蜂和发育茧蜂杂交子代的滞育率 被引量:1

摘要 在室内对中红侧沟茧蜂的滞育型茧蜂和发育型茧蜂进行正反杂交,其子代在3种不同温度(16℃,20℃,24℃)和光周期(10L∶14D,12L∶12D,14L∶10D)组合条件下饲养,研究亲代杂交对其子代滞育率的影响。结果表明:不同亲代杂交可显著影响子代的滞育率;温度与光周期共同作用可影响其滞育的产生;不同亲代杂交与温度和光周期不存在关联作用,但可单独影响子代滞育的发生与否,在3种因素共同作用下,其滞育可达到较高的程度。研究结果初步说明,中红侧沟茧蜂的滞育主要受雌性基因的作用,但是否进入滞育与环境条件有着较大的关系。 The diapause cocoons were reciprocal crossed with the developing ones in Microplitis mediator (Haliday) in the laboratroy, and the hybrid generation was fed with three temperatures (16 ℃, 20 ℃ and 24℃) and different photoperiods ( 10L: 14D, 12L: 12D and 14L: 10D), and the effects of parental on the diapause rate were studied. The re- sults showed that the parental could influence the diapause rate significantly. The interaction between temperature and photoperiod could affect the occurrence of diapause. There were no correlation interaction among three factors, while each factor could effect the occurrence of diapause, and the diapause rate was higher with the interaction of three factors. The diapause was controlled by femalenss gene, while the environmental conditions could greatly affect the occurrence of diapause.
