介绍了转炉投弹式终点不倒炉出钢技术的原理及其在鞍钢第一炼钢厂100 t转炉炼钢操作过程中的应用。重点论述了投弹式终点不倒炉出钢技术对缩短熔炼时间、提高中低碳钢一次拉碳命中率、降低终点钢中氧含量及降低钢铁料消耗等方面的作用。
The paper introduces the principle of the bombing detection technology (TCO) for steel tapping without final turndown and its application in 100 t converter of No. 1 Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co. , Ltd. , and more particularly explains the effects of the said technology on reducing smelting time, increasing the percentage of one hit for aim carbon content in a medium or low carbon steel, decreasing the oxygen content in the end- point steel and cutting down the consumption of iron and steel materials.
