摘要
制备了一种新型盐酸挥发抑制剂,在浓盐酸泄漏现场,为能第一时间抑制盐酸挥发,避免酸雾危害。该抑制剂可在浓盐酸表面迅速铺展形成不溶性分子膜。当环境温度为25℃,分子膜浓度为0.5 g/cm2时,抑雾效果最好,并可持续4.5 h。此外,考查了环境因素如温度、风力、沙尘等对分子膜抑雾效果的影响。
In order to inhibit the hydrochloric acid volatilization and avoid the harm of the acid mist to the personnel and environment in the accident scene of hydrochloric acid leakages, novel hydrochloric acid volatilization retardants were prepared. The results showed that the retardants could spread as monolayers rapidly and spontaneously at the hydrochloric acid surface. At 25 ℃, with the concentration of monolayers 0.5 g/ cm^2 , the effect of the retardants was the best and could be sustainable for 4. 5 hours. Besides, influenees of environmental factors (such as the temperature, the wind force and the dust) on the monolayers, were also discussed in detail.
