微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗上段输尿管结石27例报告 被引量:6

摘要 目的:评价微创经皮肾镜取石术(mini-invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,MPCNL)治疗上段输尿管结石的疗效。方法:回顾分析2005年2月至2008年10月采用MPCNL治疗27例上段输尿管结石患者的临床资料。结果:27例均成功建立经皮肾镜微创通道,一期单通道碎石,手术时间60~160min,24例一期结石完全清除,清除率88.9%。3例结石残留,2例经体外冲击波碎石治愈,1例自行排出。结论:MPCNL治疗输尿管上段结石安全有效。 Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of mini-invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (MPCNL) in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi. Methods : The clinical data of 27 patients with upper ureteral calculi who had undergone MPCNL from Feb. 2005 to Oct. 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results : Percutaneous mini-invasive tunnel to kidney was successfully established in each of the 27 patients,who underwent one stage lithotripsy with single channel. Operating time ranged from 60 to 160min. Stones were cleared in 24 out of 27 cases (88.9%) in one-stage treatment. Residual calculi were found in 3 patients,2 cases were cured by extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy, and 1 case of residual calculi was naturally discharged. Conclusions: MPCNL is a safe and efficient treatment for the upper ureteral calculi.
