摘要
以稻草为原料,采用"两步法"稀酸水解制备乙酰丙酸,考察了反应时间、反应温度、固液比(质量比,下同)、酸的质量分数对还原糖转化率和乙酰丙酸收率的影响。研究结果表明,酸水解制糖的较佳反应条件:反应时间为35 min,反应温度为220℃,固液比为1∶15,酸质量分数为6%时,还原糖转化率为28.45%。生成乙酰丙酸的较佳反应条件:反应时间为40 min,反应温度为250℃时,乙酰丙酸的收率为34.14%。用IR对产品进行结构表征,证明其结构正确。
Levulinic acid is prepared by the acid hydrolysis of the rice straw though" two-step reaction". The effects of technological conditions such as reaction time, temperatures, ratio of solid to liquid and sulfuric acid concentration on the yield of reducing sugar and levulinic acid are investigated respectively. The result shows that, in the reaction of acid hydrolysis, the best yield of reducing sugar is 28.45%, under the optimal conditions: reaction time of 35 min, temperature of 220 ℃, ratio of solid to liquid of 1:15, sulfuric acid concentration of 6%; in the reaction of transforming, the best yield of levulinic acid is 34.14% under the optimal conditions: reaction time of 40 min, temperature of 250 ℃, the structure was later confirmed by 1R.
