摘要
[目的]探讨大连地区孕妇尿碘水平及孕妇、新生儿甲状腺功能情况，分析孕妇不同碘营养状况对新生儿的影响。[方法]收集2007年1月～2009年5月大连医科大学附属第一医院就诊孕妇尿样标本1397例次进行碘含量检测并问卷调查了解碘摄入情况。于被调查人群中随机抽取172例次进行血清甲状腺功能测定，并收集同期分娩新生儿脐血67例进行甲状腺功能测定。[结果]不同调查组孕妇中仍存在不同程度的缺碘状况，尤以早孕（60．1％）及饮食中乏碘者（63．0％）为著。被调查人群碘营养缺乏状况虽未导致孕妇及新生儿甲状腺功能出现明显异常，但新生儿TSH〉5mU／L者比例增加明显（9／32VS3／35，P=0．037）。[结论]目前大连地区孕妇仍存在一定程度的碘缺乏状况。应重视对孕妇尿碘水平的监测，指导其科学补碘。
[ Objective ] To investigate the urinary iodine level of pregnant women, and the thyroid function of both pregnant women and the neonates in Dalian area and analyze the effect of pregnant women iodine nutrition on neonates. [ Methods] A total of 1397 urinary samples of pregnant women from Jan 2007 to May 2009 in our hospital were collected and tested for iodine concentration. Questionnaire survey of iodine intake was carried out at the same time. Among them, the thyroid function of 172 cases and 67 infants were examed. [ Results ] Pregnant women in our hospital presented iodine - deficient in some degree, especially in those who were in the first trimester （60.1% ） and in those whose iodine intakes from diet were limited （63.0%）. The deficiency of iodine nutrition did not affect the thyroid function of both pregnant women and infants significantly, hut increased number of neonatal cord blood TSH value 〉 5 mU/L （ 9/32 vs 3/35, P = 0. 037 ）. [ Conclusions ] Pregnant women in Dalian area present iodine - deficient in some degree. Testing of their urinary iodine level is very important to give the guidance for iodine supplement.
