摘要
目的研究中日金星蕨[Parathelypteris nipponica(Franch.et Sav.)Ching]中黄酮类化学成分。方法采用不同色谱技术进行分离,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到9个黄酮类化合物,分别为:3′-甲基-4′,6′-二羟基-2′-甲氧基-査耳酮(1),3′,5′-二甲基-4′,6′-二羟基-2′-甲氧基-査耳酮(2),高良姜素(3),黄芩素(4),山柰酚(5),槲皮素(6),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),山柰素-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷(8),芦丁(9)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study flavonoids from the whole plant of Parathelypteris nipponica ( Franch. et Say. ) Ching. METHODS The compounds were isolated by column chromotography with silica gel, C18 reverse-phase silica gel, Sephadex LH - 20, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical evidences and spectral analysis. RESULTS Nine compounds were i- solated and identified as 4', 6'-dihydroxy-2'-methoxy-3'-methylchalcone ( 1 ), 4', 6'-dihydroxy -3', 5'-dimethyl-2'-methoxychalcone (2), galangin (3), baicalein (4), kaempferol (5), quercetin (6), qnercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (7), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (8) and rutin (9), respectively. CONCLUSION All compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
