摘要
目的 对柳珊瑚Verrucella sp.的化学成分进行分离与结构鉴定。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法及重结晶技术进行分离和纯化,根据理化性质及现代波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果从柳珊瑚Verrucella sp.的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离鉴定了7个化合物,其结构分别确定为:junceellin(1),praelolide(2),胆甾醇(cholesterol,3),(E).N-2(1,3-二羟基4.十八烯基)一十六酰胺[(E)-N-2-(1,3-dihydroxy。ctadecan-4-en)-hexadecamide,4],胸腺嘧啶(thymine,5),胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(thymidine,6),鲨甘醇(batylalcohol,7)。结论化合物1—7均为首次从该珊瑚中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To isolate and identify the chemical constituents in gorgonian Verrucella sp. METHODS Chromatography and recrystallization were performed for the isolation and purification, the structures were determined by extensive spectroscopic analysis in association with physical and chemical properties. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated from the CH3 COOCH2 CH3 extracts of gorgonian Verrucella sp. , their structures were identified as junceellin ( 1 ), praclolide ( 2 ), cholesterol ( 3 ), (E) -N-2- ( 1, 3-dihydroxy octadecan-4-en)-hexadecanlide(4) , thymine(5) , thymidine(6) and batyl alcohol(7). CONCLUSION All the compounds were isolated from the gorgonian for the first time.
