摘要
目的:利用主成分分析法综合评价深圳市2005～2007年医疗服务质量状况,为各级领导加强医院管理、做出科学决策提供依据。方法:采用主成分分析法进行统计分析。结果:2005～2007年深圳市医疗质量不断提高,并能从综合得分中看出医疗质量的提高程度,2007年最好,2005年相对较差。结论:主成分分析法对深圳市近三年医疗质量的评价结果,可以较准确直观地反映各年医疗质量的相对情况。
Objectives： To evaluate the quality of medical serviees during the course of 2005-2007 in Shenzhen by principal components analysis method and to give evidence for leaders to enhance hospital management and policy making. Methods： Principal components analysis was applied to evaluate the medical services. Results： Evaluation resuhs showed that the quality of medical services was eontinually improved year by year, of which the poorest was 2005 and the hest was 2007. The degree of medical service quality promotion could also be analyzed by general scores. Conclusions： The principal component analysis method could directly and truly reflect hospital performance.
