摘要
广州白云国际机场二期工程屋盖结构横向连接桁架下弦杆采用预应力拉索结构,为保证张拉过程中索力达到设计值,分别进行了预应力拉索在张拉过程中无黏结钢绞线与外包护套及外包护套与钢管内壁摩擦、锚具回缩索力损失分析,充分掌握结构的性能和施工过程变化规律。
Theory analysis and experiment of tension technology for the prestressed cable structure are used in phase Ⅱ project of Baiyun Airport in Guangzhou as the bottom chord bar of transverse connection roof truss.To ensure that the cable tension force reaches the design value during the stretching process,the analysis of friction between non-cohesive steel strand and external sheath,the external sheath and internal wall of steel pipe are introduced.Also,it contains the analysis of the cable tension loss caused by anchorage retraction.Therefore,the variation of structural performance and construction process can be obtained.
