摘要
鞍钢炼铁总厂360 m2烧结机自投产以来,工序能耗一直居高不下。近几年,通过采取一系列有效措施,包括:提高生石灰配比、厚料层烧结、改进点火器等,使工序能耗逐年下降,到2007年已降至56.20 kg/t,比投产之初的2002年降低了15.35 kgce/t。
The process energy consumption has been very high since the 360 m2 sinter machine of Ansteel iron-making plant was put into production. Over the past few years, through a series of measures including increasing quicklime proportion,adopting deep bed sintering and improving the ignitor etc., the process energy consumption was reduced year by year, it has reduced to 56.20 kg/t in 2007, which was 15.35 kgce/t lower than the year 2002 in which sinter machine was put into production.
