摘要
研究了在江西红壤旱坡地生态条件下喷施多效唑对木薯块根产量、干物质含量、株高及其他农艺性状的影响。结果表明,喷施多效唑可抑制木薯地上生长,使植株矮化和块根增粗、增重,提高块根干物质含量和收获指数,从而提高木薯地下块根的产量。其中,以喷施浓度为500mg/L和750mg/L的多效唑溶液效果最好,与清水对照比较具有显著的增产效果,分别增产16.2%和17.8%。
A field experiment was conducted under the ecological conditions of slope upland in red soil region of Jiangxi to probe the effects of spraying paclobutrazol solution on the yield of tubers, dry matter content, plant height and other agronomic characters of cassava. The results showed that, with spraying paclobutrazol solution the growth of above-ground parts was restrained, but the underground parts, namely the tubers were accelerated to grow by enhancing the dry matter content and others harvest index, so as to increase the yield of cassava. Comparison in the yield effect among all the treatments with different concentrations showed that, the 500-750 mg/L was the optimal concentration of spraying paclobutrazol solution because at those concentrations, the cassava got the highest yield and increasing by 16.2% and 17.8% respectively compared to the CK.
