摘要
针对模糊控制中规则数和可调参数多的问题,对遗传算法在分层模糊控制系统中的应用进行了研究,考虑遗传算法具有强大的全局搜索能力,提出了基于遗传算法的分层模糊控制的设计方案。该方案采用2个模糊控制器分层连接,即第一层采用基于遗传算法优化的模糊控制器,第二层采用典型的模糊控制器,从而大大减少了模糊规则和可调参数的个数,便于实时控制。电液伺服系统的实际仿真结果验证了该方案的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of so many rules and adjustable parameters in fuzzy control, the application of genetic algorithm in hierarchical fuzzy control system is researched. Since genetic algorithm features powerful global searching capability, the design strategy of hierarchical fuzzy control based on genetic algorithm is proposed. In the strategy, two of the fuzzy controUers are connected in two layers, the first one is a fuzzy controller based on genetic algorithm optimization; and the second one is a typical fuzzy controller. Thus the numbers of fuzzy rules and adjustable parameters are greatly reduced ; therefore it is easier for real-time control. The practical simulation of electro-hydraulic servo system has verified the effectiveness of the strategy.
