摘要
针对国内煤矿井下电缆连接处温度监测方法的不足,研制了一种矿用电缆连接处温度智能监测仪。该监测仪采用AT89C52单片机作为控制器进行数据处理与分析,利用单总线技术的温度传感器DS18820实现信号采集,并以200~1000Hz、4~20mA两种信号形式实现数据远程传输;同时,该监测仪还具有声光报警、USB数据存储等功能。现场试运行表明,监测仪测量精度高,声光报警及时、可靠,远程信号传输准确率高。
Aiming at the deficiency of the monitoring method for the junction temperature of cables used under coalmine, an intelligent temperature monitor specifically for the application has been developed. In the monitor, the single chip computer AT89C52 is used as the controller for data processing and analysis, the 1-wire temperature sensor DS18B20 is used for signal collection, and the remote data transmission is implemented by two kinds of signals, i. e. 200 - 1 000 Hz and 4 - 20 mA. The monitor also provides audio and visual alarm, and USB data storage functions. The field operation shows that the monitor features high accuracy, prompt and reliable alarm, and precise remote signal transmission.
